ScoopWEB charges a monthly fee for Hosting, Maintenance, Performance-management. This includes everything required for us to keep your website operating at peak-performance. When software updates, we update it. If your website breaks, we fix it. When new technology comes along, we integrate it. No nasty surprises. No time required. No unexpected invoices. Total peace of mind!
How much does it cost?
The monthly fee depends upon the complexity of your website, with a minimum fee of $150+gst per month. It includes hosting, but does not include additional licensing costs for additional third-party software, such as Mailchimp, Shopify, booking systems and payment gateways.
What does it include?
Web performance and design is as much art as it is science. No website will work perfectly across the endless combinations of browsers, browser versions and device types. And what works perfectly today will not necessarily be working perfectly tomorrow. Tasks required to keep your website secure and operating at peak performance include: hosting, maintenance, security patches, software updates, updating manuals and online tutorials, multiple redundancies, daily backups, testing across popular browsers and devices, integration of new technology (plugins, apps), maintenance of Scoop content, performance-related support requests only.
Manuals / Online Guides
Detailed manuals and online tutorials are made available, providing basic to advanced instructions for site design, build and maintenance. If required, a personalised manual will be provided outlining processes related specifically to your website. This assists with training and support when the web manager leaves or is unavailable for any reason. Information regarding new technology and marketing opportunities, newly integrated design themes, upgrades and apps will be communicated by newsletter.

If you elect to have no pre-paid support package, ScoopWEB will still respond to minor queries and support requests in relation to web performance and other critical issues. However, queries related to training, design, development and other more complex issues will require a pre-paid support package.
Consulting, Design, Development, Content Services
Pre-paid support packages are for clients requiring additional on-going services including consulting, design, development and assistance with content. Support packages provide your web manager and team with someone to call while still training and learning more complex tasks, so daily tasks are not held up.
